ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS
Abstract Submission Deadline: 24 April 2005
All psychogeriatric professionals are encouraged to submit oral and
poster abstracts for review. Free paper and poster presentations must address
some aspect related to mental health and the elderly.
Accepted abstracts will be published in a supplement issue of International
Psychogeriatrics, IPA’s official journal and will be given to all
delegates attending the Congress.
It is the author’s
responsibility to submit a correct abstract. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or
scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
Use maximum 2500 characters (incl. spaces) in the field for Abstract Text (approx. 400 words). This is excluding author details and the abstract title.
Generic drug names rather than commercial (product brand) names should always be preferentially used in abstracts and presentations.
The corresponding
author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is
responsible for informing other authors of the status of the abstract.
Acknowledgement of
receipt of your submission will be e-mailed within 24 hours. If you do not
receive an e-mail, your submission was not completed and needs to be
re-submitted.If you have any

Before you start
your submission, make sure you have all the following details prepared. Once
you have started your submission, you will need to finalize it. However, after
submission you have access to an On-line Personal Page. Click here to enter your
personal page. You can read and print the abstract and make changes
until the submission deadline. A unique user id and password for access will be
included in the e-mail receipt you will receive upon finalizing the submission.

Notification
on acceptance of the abstracts will be e-mailed in the end of May.

Accepted
symposia and invited plenary lectures are already entered into the abstract
system.
